This addition transformed the second story of this Cape-style house in Lexington, MA. We were able to successfully accommodate the client’s needs for more space for their growing family by designing an economical solution that minimized disruption on the first floor and rebuilt the second floor. This included two new bedrooms, a primary bedroom, and full bathroom.
