- the first-floor curved deck with a pedestal paver system allowing the deck to be perfectly level by directing rain water between the open joints to a sloped waterproof surface below
- a large ground-level patio with an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and fire pit
- the spiral staircase connecting the deck and patio
