This historic renovation of a five-story brick townhouse in the Downtown Boston’s Bay Village was completely gutted, renovated and expanded to accommodate three new condo units. Valuable urban outdoor spaces were created, including a new roof deck on top of the expansion wing and a ground-level urban garden. A new roof deck was designed but not yet implemented. The historic street facade was restored and the windows upgraded while adhering to the strict neighborhood guidelines.
